Black and white archival photograph, this is not an existing colourway.
This 1865 Gothic Revival wallpaper was based on an original made by Samuel Scott for the English decorators J.G. Crace for the Houses of Parliament in London c.1850. Re-scaled for domestic use, and with crowns changed for leaves, this paper was installed in the 1865 Dining Room of Ross Bay Villa, a modest Gothic Revival style house saved and being restored by The Land Conservancy in Victoria, Canada. The overall repeating design of ogee panels was a popular Gothic Revival pattern.

This wallpaper is from Ross Bay Villa, built in 1865, a Gothic Revival house saved and being restored by The Land Conservancy in Victoria, B.C. A percentage of each sale of this design goes to support the heritage conservation projects of The Land Conservancy.
