Delivery Information for Tiles:
Most tiles are in stock: We try to keep stock of all tiles for immediate shipment. However, we are occasionally in a low or no-stock position on some tiles. There is no standard re-stocking time, and we would contact you to discuss delivery times for your order in this case.
Packing: Tiles are heavy and breakable. They require careful packing to ensure that you receive them intact. Allow 3 business days for packing your tile order. Please add that time to the delivery time you have chosen.
US Customs: Tile shipments may also incur some U.S. Customs charges and customers are responsible for any charges.
Delivery Options: We have listed Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost (equivalent to U.S. Priority Mail) Postal Service delivery options, for orders of up to 20 tiles. Orders of over 20 tiles are best shipped by UPS Ground or UPS Expedited. Please email us for a shipping quote for your area, being sure to give us the destination postal or zip code.
P.O. Boxes: Larger deliveries are by a courier service such as UPS and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. These deliveries require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure you order with an address where someone can receive the delivery.
Delivery Guarantees: Expedited (Air Parcel) delivery times are approximate, and are not guaranteed. Xpresspost (equivalent to U.S. Priority Mail) no longer absolutely guarantees its delivery times to the USA. UPS guarantees UPS delivery times except for delays caused by Customs, bad weather or labour strikes. Increased Homeland Security measures can also occasionally delay some shipments into the US.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in transit and suggest that any installers are booked to allow plenty of time for delivery of goods.
Undeliverable shipments: If you are away (eg: on vacation) when delivery is attempted, then the goods may possibly be returned to us after several unsuccessful attempts. In this instance you would be liable for the cost of return shipping to us and re-delivery costs.
Replacement Orders: If for any reason your shipment is delayed in transit, we cannot issue replacement goods until the US Postal Service, Canada Post or UPS etc. have undertaken a full trace.
International Customers: Please email for a shipping quote, or leave delivery blank on the Online Order Form, and we will confirm a shipping cost by email for your approval.
