Delivery of ALL OTHER ITEMS
Most items are dispatched promptly from stock.

We mostly use Canada Post /U.S. Postal Service Xpresspost delivery, which is both insurable and trackable. US customers: please note that you may be responsible for duty and taxes upon delivery of these "Other Items". The delivery rates for some items such as Picture Hooks or Doorbells are shown on those pages.

Xpresspost is usually within 7 business day delivery to the US, and 5 business days within Canada. The minimum charge for Xpresspost is $25. Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed.

We will confirm the delivery amount with you at the time of order. If you are unsure of the delivery charge or are ordering a mix of different goods, please leave the Delivery field blank. We will contact you when we receive your order to confirm the delivery charge.
